  The staff is very cordial and professional, always prompt, and very good at explaining therapy exercises. Office staff is efficient and helpful; very reliable at handling insurance, personal information, and giving reminder calls the day before. The facility is a good small size and very clean. I noted that the staff keeps all the tables and equipment sanitized. Someone is always looking out for you and paying attention to your timed exercises, guiding you to the next phase. They are always on time and respectful of your time. Good location with ample parking, next door to CVS, gas station & Dairy Queen.

  I went Momentum after I was in a small car accident. I'd been dealing with shoulder pain for a few days and went in to see Elizabeth, she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel really comfortable, gave me her email to follow up while we waited for my referral and walked me through the therapy plan she thought was best for me.
